1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! Some of my favorite work has happened far from home. I am available for shoots anywhere in Southern California with no travel fee within Orange County. For locations beyond that, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance. For destination sessions, elopements or weddings outside of California, travel costs including flights and accommodation are covered by the client and added to the invoice. I always do my best to keep travel costs reasonable and transparent.  Reach out and we can talk through the details together. No shoot is too far!


A note on New England:

I grew up on the New England coast and it will always hold a special place in my heart. For sessions, elopement's and weddings in New England I am happy to cover my own accommodation. All I ask is that travel costs are covered by the client. It is my way of staying connected to the place that shaped me and an opportunity to photograph one of the most beautiful corners of the world. If you are planning something in New England I would absolutely love to hear from you.

2.CAN I EXTEND MY SESSION ON THE DAY?

Sometimes the light is too good to stop  and I completely understand that feeling. Extensions are always welcome subject to my availability on the day. Additional time that is billed is based on the package.If you think you may need more time,  the best way to make sure extra time is possible is to mention it when you book so I can try to keep my schedule flexible around your session.

3. CAN WE MEET BEFORE THE SESSION?

Absolutely! And I genuinely encourage it. Getting to know you before we ever pick up a camera is one of my favorite parts of the process. Whether it is a quick coffee or a video call, that time matters to me. The more I know about you, your story and what this session means to you, the more intentional and personal your photographs will be. I want you to feel completely comfortable with me before your session day so that when we are together all you have to do is show up and be yourself. Reach out and let's find a time that works.

4. DO YOU HELP WITH Wedding PLANNING

I am not a wedding planner or event coordinator, but I am absolutely here for you as your photographer every step of the way. Before your session or wedding day I send every client a personalized questionnaire to help me get to know your story. I also believe it's important to meet. For weddings, you will also have direct access to my personal cell phone number for any photography related questions leading up to your big day.

5. WHAT DEPOSIT DO YOU REQUIRE TO BOOK?

A non-refundable retainer is required to officially secure your date. For the "Little Moment Sessions" this is a flat $50. For elopements and weddings this is 25% of your total package investment. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding or event date, and on the day of for the "Little Moments Sessions."

6. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?

I completely understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. To secure your date a non-refundable retainer is required at booking, this holds your date exclusively for you and covers my time in planning and preparation. For the sessions, one complimentary reschedule is offered with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. For elopements and weddings, cancellations made well in advance forfeit only the retainer, while cancellations closer to the date may forfeit a larger portion of the total investment depending on timing. Full details will be outlined in your contract.. If life throws you a curveball please reach out. I will always try to do my best to work with you!

7. HOW LONG untL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

For the "Little Moments Sessions", these are typically delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. Elopements, weddings and larger events are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. All photos are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share and order prints.

8. Do you offer a second photographer?

For elopements and weddings I am happy to offer the option of a second shooter, and there is truly nobody I trust more behind a camera than my husband. Having two photographers means more angles, more candid moments captured simultaneously, and a more complete story of your day. Coverage of your guests during the ceremony while I focus on you, details captured in two places at once, and a collaborative energy that I genuinely love working within.

A second shooter is available as an add-on for elopement's at a flat fee of $300 and a $600 flat fee for weddings, subject to his availability. For destination sessions and travel, flight/travel costs are covered by the client, and since we travel together, accommodation costs are already included in the standard travel fee with no additional charge to you. If you are interested in adding a second shooter simply mention it when you reach out and I will confirm availability for your date.
